Im 180 lbs. 5′6. and I want to weight about 130. So I want to lose about 50 lbs in about 2 months. Help! Please! What do I do. What diet is the best?

Count your calories, make a commitment to ONLY eat healthy foods for these 2 months. Try a vegan diet, that eliminates your food options by a lot right there BUT you need to make sure you still get all your vitamins by taking a mutli vitamin, omega 3 and 6, or at least vitamin B12.

Do AS MUCH CARDIO AS POSSIBLE.

Drink loads and chew gum.

But first go and find out what your BMR is (just google BMR to find out) and eat less than that to lose weight. Good luck
